Clinical Studies with Cancer Patients
Ovosan has been administered to thousands of patients with cancer of various types and stages and their progress has been monitored. In most cases, Ovosan has been used as a complementary supplement therapy alongside standard oncology treatments such as chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Some of the results are described in the book.
Here are the highlights:
- Generally, the results have concluded that patients have tolerated the standard chemotherapy and radiotherapy treatments better.
- Most patients, including children, had better appetites, maintained healthy weight and felt better.
- One of the promising highlights was that in a small group of patients with stage IV inoperable pancreatic cancer, the average survival time doubled compared to expectations.
- Another promising result was a successful treatment of a few patients with inoperable brain cancer, where the oncologists felt Ovosan was crucial element in the recovery of the patients.
To summarize, Ovosan complementary support significantly improved quality of life in oncology patients and has contributed to successful oncology treatment and recovery. The clinical studies should continue to map and quantify all the possible benefits that Ovosan (and CellBB) can offer.
Clinical study with psoriasis and atopic eczema patients
Summary: Over 40 patients@3-6 months study; 6 capsules of Ovosan daily + topical gel (with bio-active phospholipids).
Main conclusion:
- Generally positive effect of Ovosan has been observed in patients with different types of psoriasis including
the most severe cases - Despite the significant improvements observed in all patients, the study did not lead to full recovery,
possibly due to the short duration of the study and continuous dosing for only three months. - Very positive effect of Ovosan in atopic eczema patients, with several cases leading to full healing
